Tokekwin Terms
& Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and Tokekwin (hereinafter referred to as "tokekwin", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at tokekwin.cam.

Tokekwin is an English-language online gambling platform designed and operated to serve players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the tokekwin platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain a tokekwin account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Tokekwin is strictly an adult platform. Registration or use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. Malaysian users are responsible for understanding and complying with their own local legal obligations regarding online gambling.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a tokekwin employee who has access to non-public operational data.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by tokekwin for breach of these Terms.
• You have not self-excluded from tokekwin or any affiliated platform, and your self-exclusion period has not yet expired.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the tokekwin platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Tokekwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Tokekwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restriction until verification is completed.

All financial transactions on tokekwin are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Tokekwin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank Berhad, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT).

The minimum deposit amount is RM20. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment channel.

Withdrawals are processed according to the following indicative timeframes, which are subject to KYC verification status and payment partner processing:

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the tokekwin account. Third-party transfers are not permitted. Tokekwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Tokekwin offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all tokekwin promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time, unless the promotion terms explicitly permit stacking.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Tokekwin reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if the Platform determines that bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or other fraudulent behaviour has occurred in connection with the bonus claim.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account balance without notice.
• Certain games may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

Birthday bonuses are calculated based on the Player's verified VIP tier at the date of their birthday and are credited automatically to eligible accounts within 24 hours of the birthday date. The referral programme pays MYR 38 per successfully verified referral with no maximum referral cap.

All bets placed on the tokekwin platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. By placing a bet, the Player acknowledges acceptance of those specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

In relation to sports betting, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, La Liga, UFC, and all other covered markets, the following principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• All mix parlay and accumulator bets are subject to the combination odds rules as displayed on the relevant market page.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation after a bet has been placed, settlement rules specific to that market shall apply.
• Manifest errors in odds — whether due to technical fault or human error — will not be honoured. Tokekwin reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds and to return stakes to the Player's account.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are subject to additional latency-related terms. Bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined may be voided.

For casino games, the Random Number Generator (RNG) results are final and binding once a game round is completed. Indicated RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tokekwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registration or use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age.
• Creation of multiple accounts for the same individual, including via different identities, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods.
• Exploitation of software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial assistance to place bets or interact with the Platform on behalf of a human user.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of deposits already used for wagering.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including systematic bonus hunting, low-risk bonus clearing, or coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation.
• Use of the Platform for any activity associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purposes.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Tokekwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable users. We provide a suite of self-regulation tools that are available to all account holders at no cost and without any waiting period to activate (with the exception of limit increases, which require a 24-hour cooling period).

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session or per day.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Voluntary breaks of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure with no option to reopen during the exclusion period.

All content on the tokekwin platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical elements, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, software code, and database architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of tokekwin or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any Platform content;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from Platform software;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or design elements;
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematic collection of content from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of tokekwin's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tokekwin, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors or service interruptions;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any financial losses resulting from gambling outcomes, as all gambling carries inherent risk;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Loss of data or account content resulting from force majeure events.

In any event, tokekwin's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Tokekwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering activity;
• Confirmed use of the Platform by a person under 21 years of age;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation to do so.

In the event of account termination for non-fraudulent reasons, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may do so at any time by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tokekwin holds its international online gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

Malaysian Users: Tokekwin does not operate under Malaysian domestic regulation. No Malaysian government authority (including but not limited to Bank Negara Malaysia, the Ministry of Finance, or any state-level gaming authority) regulates online gambling conducted through internationally licensed offshore platforms. Malaysian users are responsible for understanding the legal position of online gambling under Malaysian law and for complying with their obligations under that law.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and tokekwin, we encourage resolution through our customer support process in the first instance. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under our operating licence.

Tokekwin reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
